Hi there! My name is Eero and I used to be what you could call the "egoic lifter". I was trying to lift the most amount of weight possible, I was obsessed with skills and I was chasing repetitions.

I'm here to tell you that none of those really matter and focusing on those things can actually be detrimental to your progress and prevent you from getting strong, mobile and functional.

It's not how much you lift but how well you do it!
